Thirteen years ago, Billy & Jamie Kimbrell met at Escambia County EMS. Since their meeting, they have been serving our incredible community, PHYSICALLY saving countless lives together.
Billy & Jamie have been happily married for 10 years (and counting 
). They have two beautiful, smart, and beyond talented children.
Billy has been an EMT/Paramedic since the year 2000. He currently works as a critical care flight Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic for the University of Florida Shand’s Hospital.
Jamie has been an EMT since 2007 and has proudly served for over 12 years in various multi-department medical and administrative roles under the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners.
In December of 2021, Billy and Jamie opened EliteRx, a family medicine clinic that provides patient-centered health care, education, and fitness resources with the goal of tailoring individualized health plans that fit each patient’s unique medical, lifestyle, and budgetary needs as to maximize feasibility and compliance.
I am not just their friend and fan, I am also a client! Between EliteRx and dancing with Victor, I have lost 50 pounds!!

With an additional degree in exercise science, Billy optimizes his clinical weight loss and concierge bioidentical hormone replacement treatment plans by incorporating one-on-one training and dietary coaching in addition to conducting ongoing clinical assessments and in-depth monitoring of lab work.
