April Davidson has been in biotech & specialty pharmaceuticals sales assisting patients for twenty years in Urology, Gynecology, & most recently Oncology 🧬🦠 She is a cancer survivor (YES!!!!!!! 👊) & a compassionate caregiver for a parent with pancreatic cancer. Her journey in life shifted her professional goals and aspirations from career sales to the world of patient advocacy. 🤝🫶
A proud graduate of the College of Social Science & Public Policy at Florida State University (GO NOLES!!), April heard her calling to further pursue her education as a student of the 🏛️ Reubin O’D. Askew School of Public Administration & Policy at FSU. She is working on her Masters & will accomplish graduation this August! 🎓
In and out of the classroom, April inspires current FSU students as a ProfessioNole Mentor, an endowment & scholarship founder at FSU, and by being a member of the prestigious James D. Westcott Society for her generous and gracious financial contributions.
April is the Prez & Founder of ❤️🖤 Mystic Mafia, one of our city’s premiere ⚜️ Mardi Gras krewes, which she founded with some of her closest friends 16 years ago. This all-female krewe can be seen having fun all year long, co-hosting & co-promoting events through partnerships with many organizations across our amazing community!
April currently serves on several local nonprofit boards & committees: supporting Impact 100, Pace Center For Girls, Woman’s Club of Pensacola, ⛳️ First Tee Gulf Coast, 🏥 Baptist Health Care Foundation Women’s Board, 🏈 Greater Pensacola Seminole Club, Bread & Table Club, Pensacola Habitat For Humanity, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Women’s Alliance, Do-errs Club, Lasagna Love, and she is a certified ⚖️ Guardian ad Litem with the 🏛️ State of Florida advocating for local children.
She is married to her handsome husband, Nelson Munn, and has 3 stepdaughters & 3 😻kitties. April has represented the city of Pensacola as a former Ms Pensacola 🏆 and has a resume including fitness competitor and calendar girl with several local brands including Seville Quarter & Sophie’s 👙 In her spare time she loves to travel, cook, spend time with friends, and give back to the community she loves so dearly.
